We are currently experiencing an unexpected issue affecting one of our servers, which may be impacting the availability of your website or services.
Our team has identified that the server is online at the infrastructure level, but it is not reachable externally. We have already performed initial checks and reboots, and the issue has been escalated to the data center network team for deeper investigation.
At this moment, the exact cause is still being analyzed. This could be related to a network routing issue or an upstream connectivity problem.
